We are a challenging, yet entrancing experimental musical trio consisting of pianist/vocalist Ethan Carson, synthesist/ saxophonist Tim Wheeler and drummer Josh Stark. Born out of the Windmill’s post punk and noise rock movements of the 2020’s, yet inspired by everything from classical and avant jazz to death metal, Domestic Partners create an enthralling wall of sound that is difficult to pin to any one genre. The abrasive, chaotic sounds of the synth and vocals combined with the intricate, sweeping piano and drum parts all work together to make an unforgettable, extremely energetic musical experience.
